Role Description

Consumer Acquisition is seeking a talented After Effects Artist to join our global creative team.  We’re looking for a visual storyteller. Someone who can convey emotion through illustration and has a passion for bringing images to life through motion.  As a candidate, you will be a motivated and energetic artist who has proven ability to weave compelling story narrative into every creative asset you make. Your work adheres to the Disney 12 principles of animation, and you work collaboratively and effectively as part of a diverse, global and remote team. In this role, you will be a self-starter and responsible for translating creative briefs and incorporating client and 3rd party creative assets into compelling :15-:30 second stories and animation that make social media users stop scrolling, engage and convert into users for our global clients.  You will have a growth mindset and will be excited by the concept of continuous learning and feedback from our talented team of creative directors.

You will have proven experience, expertise in relevant software, and a reel that showcases your talent, storytelling and attention to detail.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • High level of expertise of Adobe After Effects is necessary
  • Deep understanding and proven ability to execute the Disney 12 principles of animation
  • Character animation experience desired
  • Strong understanding of design principles: typography, color theory, design and infographics
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Ability to work on multiple jobs concurrently
  • Ability to do design work and character design is a plus
  • Ability to rig characters in After Effects is a plus
  • Knowledge of Spine 2D skeletal animation is a plus
  • Knowledge of 3D software Maya or Cinema4D is a plus
  • Ability to work within agile task management systems such as Trello, Asana
  • Functional knowledge/expectation to learn AdRules (Proprietary software for task management and creative approvals)

The Perfect Manager, Facebook User Acquisition Candidate:

  • Manage all aspects of Facebook & Google advertising campaigns using our proprietary software, AdRules.
  • Partner with our Creative team to share insights and trends on the performance of their creatives, and ideas for new concepts and variations.
  • Formulate and test “outside the box” strategy and optimizations, then report and share your findings.
  • Oversee the execution and optimization of Facebook & Google advertising campaigns to exceed clients’ goals across many verticals.
  • Plan, manage, optimize, and report on paid social media campaigns.
  • Become an expert in Facebook advertising and the AdRules platform.
  • Write ad copy and work with graphic designers to optimize images and videos.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of Facebook and Google advertising: build ads, analyze data, optimize continuously, and manage creative testing.
  • Develop strategies to exceed clients’ performance goals.
  • Manage client strategy and client calls.
  • Analyze your ad spend and use the data to formulate your strategy.
  • Optimize ads for efficiency based on performance data using our AdRules platform.
  • Develop client-facing skills on weekly calls, deliver strategic insights and daily summaries.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytic, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • 2+ years’ experience in high-scale, hands-on performance marketing role with Facebook and Google AC User Acquisition.
  • Experience in performance marketing, online advertising, media buying, lead generation or consulting.
  • Strong understanding of ads metrics (CPI, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV).
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Plus: experience working with native social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google AC, Apple Search Ads).
  • Plus: experience with other FMP bid management platforms.

Role Description

Our ideal candidate is a resourceful, self-motivated, individual with a passion for social advertising design and mobile app marketing with a minimum 2-3 years of creative content experience, preferably in gaming, entertainment, mobile app or online advertising agency industries.

The Junior Creative Director will be responsible for writing effective and meaningful creative brief content for our client’s brands, as well as creating visual guides for motion graphics.

The candidate will be expected to work both autonomously, with limited supervision, and collaboratively with other team members, demonstrating a commitment toward shared goals and a willingness to take initiative.

You will have proven experience, expertise in relevant software, and a reel that showcases your talent, storytelling and attention to detail.

Creative Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Passion for social advertising and mobile app marketing.
  • Working knowledge of film and 2D/3D animation pipelines and language.
  • Strong writing background, including conceptual and creative writing experience for advertising and or film/television.

  • Ability to identify marketing goals, develop marketing strategies and tactics to obtain goals, implement and measure effectiveness of those tactics, and then adjust as needed based upon metrics.
  • Video conferencing with clients on a regular basis as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and continually develop client’s strategic communication plans based on analytics insights.
  • Ability to generate creative histories and perform creative audits looking for issues and opportunities with creative testing.
  • Help with asset management including design versioning, references, style guides, and organization of assets received from and delivered to clients, as well as requesting additional assets from clients.
  • Use our proprietary software, Creative Studio, for resource planning and project management.
  • Communicate with Company via email, phone, Slack (chat) and Creative Studio.
