Project Goal

Devsisters needed some support on their title Cookie Run and so approached Consumer Acquisition to spark some life into their marketing efforts. Consumer Acquisition’s creative studio was tasked with generating new creative ideas which would in turn drive results.

Summary

Cookie Run was a new take in the very competitive ‘endless running’ genre. They had gone with a 2D RPG approach, with vibrant colors and animations. As such we need to take some of the market shares from the big 3D titles like Subway Surfer. We delved into the market and researched the running genre: Crossy Road, Jetpack Joyride, Sonic Dash, and Subway Surfer. We also explored the RPG elements, by looking at the likes of Genshin Impact and Guardian Tales. Through our creative process, we were able to come up with original and effective UA ads for Devsisters.
