Our fees are a variable percentage of Facebook media spend based on the solution we provide.

Creative Marketplace

  • Monthly fees are the greater of $499.00 or the % of spend for each creative element based on the table below.
  • The most you can be charged per creative item you use is: $50,000 per video, $25,000 per image and $10,000 per ad copy.
  • Minimum fee per multiple apps: 1-2 apps $499, 3-5 apps $1,250, 6-10 $1,750, 11-15 apps $2,500, 16-24 apps $3,500
  • Month-to-month agreement, no long-term contracts.
  • Creative Marketplace is a stand alone service and AdRules campaign and ad optimization is not required and does not interfere with other ad management solutions.
  • Creatives purchased through CMP may only be used with accounts connected to AdRules for reporting and tracking  (excluding buy it now).
  • “Buy it now” allows an advertiser to immediately purchase an asset and not pay % of spend.
  • Creative concepts received from CMP may not be replicated for 90 days from delivery (excluding buy it now).
  • Any creative purchased through CMP may be used in any ad set or account connected into AdRules reporting.
  • Free advanced reporting and automatic ad publishing through AdRules.
  • Advanced rules to identify & replace poor performing ads.
  • Unlimited Facebook accounts.
  • Advertiser payment terms are Net 10
  • Non-fixed rate designers will be paid 50% of revenue received by advertisers. Amount subject to change at any time.

Managed Services – Standard Terms

  • Fully-managed Facebook & Instagram creative, bidding and optimization services. We’ll design and produce all images & videos and manage performance.
  • 3 month minimum term.
  • Minimum monthly fee is the greater of $15,000 or 15% of spend based on the discount table below.
  • 50% discount for U.S. based venture-backed startups in exchange for ½% equity, vesting evenly monthly over 24 months.
